✿ DO I NEED SPECIAL SOFTWARE?

Our editable files will ONLY work in the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The latest version is called “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC” and you can download it here: http://get.adobe.com/reader

✿ HOW DO I PERSONALIZE THE FILES?

Simply open them in Adobe Acrobat Reader, select/highlight my sample text if it isn’t already selected and start typing over it with your own wording – it’s that simple! Fonts are embedded in the files. You can save your changes and return to them at any time. Click on File > Save As to save your changes.

✿ CAN I EDIT THESE FILES ON MY MAC?

YES! Again, our editable files need to be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader ONLY – not “Preview”, the default Mac pdf viewer.

✿ WILL THEY WORK ON A PHONE, TABLET OR OTHER MOBILE DEVICE?
NO!

Our editable files WILL NOT work on any mobile device or in an App.
Download files to your laptop or computer & open them in the full Adobe Acrobat Reader ONLY.

✿ ARE YOU ACCEPTING CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS?

Thanks for asking! Due to the high volume of orders being processed, we are not accepting custom and personalized orders at this time.

✿ CAN I CHANGE THE FONTS (COLORS, SIZES, TYPE)?

Most all fonts, font sizes and font colors ARE editable and is explained in detail in the full instructions that come with each purchase. Although most fonts are editable, it is STRONGLY recommended that you do not edit these as they have been specifically chosen and carefully manipulated to go with each file.

✿ CAN I CHANGE COLORS, SIZES, GRAPHICS, BACKGROUNDS ETC?

NONE OF THE GRAPHICS & COLORS OF GRAPHICS ARE EDITABLE. All of Noted Printed files are protected & secured. You will not be able to open them in any graphic design program to alter them in any way.

✿ CAN I ENLARGE MY INVITATION?

Files can ONLY be printed at the original specified size or slightly smaller and NOT at a larger size. Enlarging your invitation could result in a choppy, blurry look.

✿ CAN I EMAIL MY INVITATION?

You cannot email out the editable PDF file, however, instructions are included on how to convert your file from a pdf format to a jpeg or png file that can be emailed.

✿ CAN I PRINT AT AN ONLINE PHOTO LAB?

Yes! Once these files are converted to JPGs or PNGs they can be professionally printed at a photo lab or at an online photo printing shop such as Costco, Snapfish, VistaPrint etc.PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR PRINTING SERVICE FOR ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS!! Instructions have been included on how to convert your files to JPGs or PNGs ~AND~ many online services now accept PDF formatted files.

✿ WHAT PAPER DO YOU RECOMMEND PRINTING ON?

Our files are formatted to print on US 8 1/2” x 11” Letter Size paper, (they also print nicely on A4 paper). When printing at home, we recommend a heavyweight (thickest your printer will handle), bright white card stock or photo paper – BOTH MATTE FINISH for the best results.
**If printing at a copy shop, choose 110lb

✿ CAN I PRINT YOUR FILES ON AVERY LABEL/STICKER PAPER

Print as stickers on FULL-SHEET sticker/label paper & trim out the designs after printing.
OUR FILES ARE NOT FORMATTED TO PRINT ON PRE-CUT / PRE-FORMATTED LABEL PAPER
