We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. 
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

No part of this website nor any product, template, graphic, content, or description may be reproduced in any form.

PROOFING:
Customer is fully responsible to proof for grammar, spelling and wording. Noted Paper, LLC is not responsible for any mistakes or printing costs incurred due to customer error.

FONTS:
All fonts are embedded within our templates unless noted in product description. We DO NOT supply font files nor do we provide font names.

PRINT QUALITY:
Noted Paper, LLC is not responsible for the quality of your print and will not be held responsible for printing errors. The print quality of home printers depends on the brand of printer, age, care & upkeep etc. All of our designs are high resolution files. Always test your file prior to a full print run of card stock. Alternatively, our files are perfect for a local print shops for production.

ONLINE PRINT VENDORS:
Choosing an online printer is at customer’s sole discretion. We do not guarantee or endorse any one particular online printer. Online print vendors periodically change what they will and will not accept. That said, our clientele have used Costco, FedEx Kinkos, Staples, Office Depot, VistaPrint or a local print shop without incident. Our files CANNOT be opened, edited, saved or printed in any other program outside of Adobe Acrobat Reader Dc and it is the customer’s responsibility to discuss these parameters with their printer of choice prior to print.

UPDATES:
As we continue to serve our clientele to the highest of industry standards, our templates may vary slightly over time in order to improve performance of our products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
 Noted Paper, LLC does not offer refunds of our digital products under any circumstances. We will however, work closely with each client to ensure that they love their products. Thank you for understanding that our team works tirelessly to ensure your file is awesome…thank you and, there are no exceptions.

USER REQUIREMENTS:
General computer knowledge and basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a prerequisite to edit to our templates. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on your computer, you can download it for free here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
